Service was excellent but facilities were a bit tired with worn carpets in public areas. Expensive even in comparison to other luxury hotels we stayed in. Situated perfectly on the lake, the views are just stunning. You get the best of both worlds as the bustling and beautiful town is right on your doorstep and then the hotel provides an oasis of calm and tranquility overlooking the lake. The staff cannot do more
for you and are wonderfully attentive without being intrusive. They anticipated our needs before we ever had to ask. The naturally heated thermal pool is a real treat.
